Simplification of the standard print dialog

The initial screen of the print dialog has been limited to the essential print options. Further options can be selected on the following screen Spool Request Properties The user can transfer options available on the following screen to the initial screen by double-clicking a parameter. Further print options are available for printers with an active list driver on the Printed Page tab.

Modification 2

New FRAMES OFF addition to the FORMAT< statement

The FRAMES OFF addition prevents the system from converting the minus (-) and vertical (|) characters to frame parts, when these characters meet. In the case of archiving, this addition also ensures that a line consisting of minus signs is stored unchanged and in the ASCII format.

Enhanced possibilites for print dialog settings

You can use the program RSPRIPARADMIN to make printer settings that apply for all users.
