ABAP Timer Manager

Object of the class CL_ABAP_TIMER_MANAGER accessed using the interface IF_ABAP_TIMER_MANAGER. A timer manager makes it possible to start and stop an ABAP Timer in non-blocking mode. When the timer is started, a runtime and an ABAP Timer handler are defined.
