CDS hierarchy

CDS entity defined using DEFINE HIERARCHY in a CDS data definition. In ABAP SQL read statements, a CDS hierarchy can be accessed as a hierarchy. Here, additional hierarchy columns containing the hierarchy attributes can be read.
