SAP GUI
Component of the presentation layer in AS ABAP that is installed on the presentation servers. Implements the SAP-specific GUI of appropriately programmed AS ABAP applications. The SAP GUI user interface comprises the graphical interface (GUI) in a GUI window and the function keys and other keys of an input device (keyboard or hardware components that simulate keyboards, such as bar code readers). SAP GUI also supports further functions in the presentation layer such as GUI controls, OLE automation, or the execution of operating system statements.
