system code page
Code page released for use on an AS ABAP. Each system in the current release is part of a Unicode system, namely a single code page system with the system code page UTF-16, which has a platform-specific byte order. Within this, the programming language ABAP supports the subset UCS-2 without surrogate. The system code page of a single code page system is always the code page of the text environment of an internal session.
